at birth we’re all like sunfish, unsaved, the gleam of sun on scale
determination.and the firerun throughout our skins, we sough our mouths
at one another in greeting, the sun our communication, water like buckets,
caughtso soon after having been born.birthing the wet water miracle we
learn how to swim in confinement we learn how to listen to particles waves
like a wavesmade of light made of particles.electrons run the gamut of our
lengths and like.crackers we settle.mullfish, sunfish, live up to your name,
the hours are slowly germane.german fish in the pond telling us where
we ought to live, slow as moviescreens.scree falls into the buckets,we’re
like fish and frightened of the sun we swim in,denying it
